Often getting Resource Consents is dependant on communicating alternative uses of space or size of building and how this affects site coverage or the building envelope. Here RealSpace shows a photorealistic landscaped environment including 3D replica vegetation of identified species as well as the architects own plans modelled for accuracy.
As a result the architect and developer actually changed some of the design features of the building as once they were able to “walk around it” they got a real feel for the design.
